Mickenzie Romps

Mickenzie was born and raised in Escanaba, Michigan. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Finance in 2021 and then went on to work for the US Department of State in Washington, DC as a Management Officer. After a year of serving the federal government, she decided to change career paths to focus on personal finance and be closer to family. She moved back to Escanaba in 2022 with her fiancé, Trevor, and two dogs, Tyson and Finn.

Mickenzie holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and is currently enrolled in the College of Financial Planning to obtain her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™️ Certification. She enjoys helping her friends, family, and community feel confident about their finances. 

Mickenzie dedicates a few nights every week to working at her family’s restaurant, The Stonehouse, and in her free time enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her fiancé, dogs, family, and friends.
